Frequently Asked Questions

What is 3D printing?

3D printing is a rapidly advancing technology that lets me build three-dimensional products from digital computer files, layer by layer, using durable and sustainable plastic filament.

What material do you use for your 3D printed products?

Most of my products are made from standard PLA plastic filament, which is made from corn starch, so it is hard-wearing, durable and sustainable. Where something needs to be more flexible I use TPU instead, or ASA for products that need to stand up to a bit more.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 working days of payment. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days, and international orders in 5 to 7 business days, sometimes longer due to customs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — I ship worldwide from the UK using Royal Mail International Tracked, starting from £12.50. International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes or duties charged by the destination country.

What's your returns and exchanges policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you've changed your mind, and 30 days if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. See the full Refunds & Exchanges page for details.

Can I get something made in a custom colour or with personalisation?

Yes! I'm always happy to look into custom colours, personalisation, or fully custom designs — just get in touch via the Custom Requests page.
