At MisfitGeekGifts, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we have a comprehensive refunds and exchange policy in place to help.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll guide you through our returns process.

Please note that the following conditions apply to be eligible for a refund:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging. - does this apply?
  3. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer free exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you in exchanging the item for a new one.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge.

Exceptions

Customised or personalised items are made to order, so are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you accordingly.
